We want you to be completely satisfied with your shielding lotion experience; if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund. Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the product in its original container and include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation inside the box.

  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
